We are a family centred, worship oriented, word of God focused, multicultural community of people who love the Lord Jesus Christ and strive to live meaningful lives to see His kingdom established here where we live. Our Sunday services are slices of experiences of a little heaven on earth. Commencing with worship music and songs that span across centuries catering to the likes of all age groups, we move into intercession for the sick, the needy and the persecuted Christians around the world. On alternate Sundays, people share their testimonies, their miracles and God moments. Our services also include the partaking of the Lord’s Supper which gives the congregation an opportunity to look within themselves and identify areas for cleansing and forgiveness. We make sure that birthdays and anniversaries are remembered and the people prayed for. During the service children have their own lessons and craft sessions. Each service culminates with the powerful, unchanging word of God with opportunities for the congregation to get prayed for and heed His call. It is not just the spirit of the people that is catered for in our Church. Refreshments after the service gives everyone the chance to meet, greet, share stories and face a brand-new week with hope. What happens in Belvedere Church is that Lives are Transformed by the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Come and be a part of this great adventure.
Giving reverence and adoration to the Lord Almighty is predominant in our Church as we believe that worshiping the triune God of the Bible is what we as human beings are made for.
Every Sunday brings with it an opportunity to partake in the Lord’s table, an opportunity to examine our lives and to remember the all sufficient sacrifice of the Son of God – Jesus Christ.
Our services are soaked in the Word of God brought each week by servants of God. The congregation are fed on the never changing, living and active Word of God.
Similarly our human existence goes through transformation to reach the level of beauty and perfection that our maker requires and desires.
A butterfly egg does not hatch into a butterfly but goes through various stages of transformation. The caterpillar, then the pupa stage and finally the beautiful butterfly.
Just like a butterfly that starts its life cycle as a small oval egg, all human beings begin their life as a fetus, develops into a baby and starts its life journey on earth.
Divine Redemption
God’s divine plan is to prosper us and not to harm us, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah
29:11), but sin, error (bad judgement) or evil forces keep us in bondage and hinders us from
achieving our full potentials and fulfilling our destinies.
